We celebrated Cinco de Mayo by reading a story, doing a 100 chart mystery picture, and eating chips and salsa!
We read "Jack and the Beanstalk" and now we are watching our own bean plants grow! Check back soon to see how well they grow!
Today we took apart lima beans that had sprouted and talked about their different parts.
Over the last couple of days, students learned about Vincent van Gogh. We studied his famous painting, Irises, and used it as inspiration for our own pieces of art.
Today students used the Sock Puppets app on their iPads to retell their favorite fairy tales!
